Express transport from Frankfurt.
Direct, non-stop, on the clock.
A vehicle loaded with your consignment and nothing else, driving from the collection address to the delivery address without transshipment. Collection and transit time are confirmed for the route and current vehicle availability.
This is not a fast part load.
An express run is a vehicle dedicated to your consignment, driving direct, with a delivery time we commit to before it leaves. Nothing else travels on it, it does not call at a depot, and the driver's mobile number goes to you.
This is what you buy when a line has stopped, a machine is down, a part missed the last delivery, or a document has to be physically somewhere by tomorrow morning. It costs several times what a part load costs. That is almost always still cheaper than the standstill it prevents.
Up to three europallets, around 700 kg. Under 3.5 t, so no German Sunday or public-holiday driving ban applies.
Up to eight europallets, around 1,200 kg, 4.3 m load length. The workhorse of express freight.
Up to eighteen pallets with a tail lift, for express loads too large for a van but too urgent to schedule.
For long routes or particularly tight windows. Driver changes and statutory rest periods are planned during dispatch.
What we confirm before departure.
Express needs clear ownership. These points are settled before the vehicle moves.
A concrete collection time
The quote includes a realistic collection time based on current vehicle availability.
Direct routing
The vehicle carries only your consignment and does not call at a transshipment depot.
The right vehicle class
Payload, load space and access at both addresses determine whether we use a car, van or truck.
Planned driver coverage
For long or tight routes, driver changes and statutory rest periods are included in the transit plan before departure.
A confirmed delivery window
The agreed window and availability at the delivery address are checked before dispatch.
How it is priced
Express is priced per kilometre against a minimum charge, adjusted for the vehicle class and whether a second driver is needed. Both loaded and empty kilometres count, because the vehicle has to reach you before it can carry anything — a run that starts eighty kilometres away costs more than one that starts next door.
You get the total before the vehicle moves, and it does not change unless you change the job. Waiting time at either end is charged by the hour and is agreed before dispatch, not invented afterwards.
What we need to quote it
For anything moving today, telephone dispatch and give us these five things. It takes about ninety seconds.
- The deadline at the delivery address — a time, not "as soon as possible"
- The collection address, and how soon it can be handed over
- What it is, its weight, and its largest single dimension
- Mobile numbers for the person handing over and the person signing
- Whether the delivery site is open at the hour it will arrive
What people actually ask.
That depends on the collection point, required vehicle class and current availability. The quote gives you a concrete collection time and a confirmed delivery window.
We check that for each request against vehicle availability, the route and applicable driving restrictions. Vehicles under 3.5 t are not subject to the German Sunday and holiday driving ban; larger vehicles are planned within the statutory rules.
You get the driver's mobile number, plus a call at collection and a call at delivery. We do not run a customer tracking portal, and for one dedicated vehicle a phone number is faster and more accurate than a map that refreshes every ten minutes.
That is the most common way an express run fails, which is why we ask before dispatch. If nobody can receive it, waiting time is charged by the hour while the driver waits, or we agree an alternative address up front.
Yes, on the same ADSp and CMR basis. Express consignments are often worth far more per kilo than the standard limit covers — prototypes, tooling, electronics — so tell us the value and we will arrange separate cover before collection.
Limited quantities, yes, with the right driver and vehicle. Tell us the UN number, class and packing group when you call. Full ADR loads need more notice than an express timeframe usually allows.
When to buy something else
Express is expensive by design. If the deadline is softer than it feels, one of these will do the same job for less.
Part load
If it can wait one to three days. The saving between express and a part load is usually an order of magnitude.

Over about eighteen pallets, even when it is urgent — a direct truck is still direct, and it costs less than two vans.
